Gabriella Douglass is a clinical pharmacy executive and residency program director with extensive experience advancing HIV prevention and treatment, hepatitis C elimination, and population health initiatives in federally qualified health centers serving rural and underserved communities. She leads pharmacist-driven care models that expand access to screening, treatment, linkage to care, and long-acting therapies and has played a key role in implementing innovative programs through Gilead Sciences' FOCUS Program and Ending the HIV Epidemic initiatives. In addition to her clinical leadership at Arcare, which has more than 70 clinical locations across Arkansas, Mississippi, and Kentucky, she directs ASHP-accredited PGY1 and PGY2 pharmacy residency programs. She is an active educator, mentor, and national presenter. Based in Arkansas, Dr. Douglass brings deep expertise in interdisciplinary care delivery, workforce development, and practice innovation to improve outcomes for patients and communities. Born in Cosenza, Italy, to an Italian father and American mother, she and her husband, Brian, are proud parents to two daughters, Isabella and Annabella, who are the center of their lives.
