Your AP-PAC contribution helps support pharmacy-friendly state legislators who advocate for our profession. While contributions made directly to state legislators must be personal contributions, AP-PAC contributions may be made from either a personal or business account, up to the annual maximum contribution of $10,000. Additionally, Arkansas taxpayers may qualify for a state income tax credit of up to $100 for joint filers ($50 for single filers). Please consult your accountant or tax advisor for specific guidance. Contribution levels and amounts are fully adjustable, allowing you to choose the category and contribution amount that best fit your goals.
